Anvime Consulting Limited, trading as Address Insight, is the controller of personal data collected at https://www.addressinsight.co.uk. hello@addressinsight.co.uk You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We collect the account details you give us (name, email, password hash), the address and postcode of the property, order and payment references from Stripe, support messages, and a first-party record of pages and purchases so we can see whether the site is working. Card numbers stay with Stripe. We do not sell personal data.

The lawful basis for the account, the order and the report is the contract. Support mail is the same. First-party analytics of our own site is a legitimate interest in understanding whether buyers reach a report. Google Analytics loads with cookies off until you accept it in the banner. Rejecting keeps those cookies off. Meta and Plausible, when they are configured, do not load until you accept. We do not use them to decide the content of a report.

Hosting is on Amazon Web Services in London (eu-west-2). Stripe, Google and Meta may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on the UK transfer mechanisms they publish, including the adequacy regulations and standard contractual clauses. Reports are stored privately and opened with a short-lived signed link.

We keep the account and the report for as long as you have an account and for up to six years after the order where we need it for tax or a complaint. Sessions last 30 days. Magic links last 30 minutes. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy, and you can object to legitimate-interest processing, by emailing hello@addressinsight.co.uk. Deletion does not remove records we must keep for tax.
