Refunds

Before a report is released, email us and we will refund the payment in full. The order is then marked refunded and the draft is not released. hello@addressinsight.co.uk From the order in your account, that email includes the order id, address, tier, status and the date it was created.

Once the report has been released it has been supplied. The checkout asked you to agree that preparation starts immediately, so the 14-day cooling-off right for digital content does not give a second copy of the refund after release. If the file will not open, the address is wrong because of our mistake, or the report is not the product you paid for, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies and we will repair it or refund it.

A rating you disagree with is not, by itself, a fault. The report is the record we could read, including its gaps. An admin can still refund as a goodwill gesture. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe. Simulated local payments are marked refunded without a card movement.
